Analytics and Modeling Analyst

As an Analytics and Modeling Analyst at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance, productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be part of the Business Analysis team, where you will prepare operations analyses, analyze competitors, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization. Your responsibilities include providing insights on the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures, and policies, making data-driven decisions, and helping HR transition from operational to tactical or strategic partner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare operations analyses, including competitor analysis and capacity utilization - Provide operational and technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives - Analyze, plan, and conduct procedures to support business operations - Interface with various organizational and regional groups for decision analysis, technical needs, and planning - Provide insights on HR processes, procedures, and policies - Assist in making data-driven decisions - Help HR transition from operational to tactical or strategic partner **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any field - 3 to 5 years of experience in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting or Data Science and Analytics - Proficiency in MS Excel/G-Sheet - Experience in writing codes using VBA/R/Python - Sound knowledge of HR processes or Employee Life-Cycle - Independent visualization expertise using Tableau/LookerStudio/PowerBI - Experience in working in a global shared service environment or managing global stakeholders - Experience in Reporting through SuccessFactors AdHoc Reporting, ORD, Report Stories, and/or WFA - Experience with ETL processes or systems such as AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud - Ability to write or customize SQL scripts In this role, you will be expected to perform BAU Reporting Activities independently, maintain data confidentiality and privacy, and interact with customers to understand requirements and provide accurate data support within timelines. You will also provide support to internal leadership, work with stakeholders, refine existing processes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the team's KPI goals and targets.
