Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Graduate/Postgraduate (Non-technical) with a good academic record (50% or above). Basic knowledge of insurance or finance. Open to rotational shifts and adaptable to organizational changes. A quick learner, energetic, and passionate about customer processes.
