About the Role
We are hiring experienced professionals for a Senior Analyst Service Support Associate role to provide end-to-end support for US Health Insurance policy renewals and client servicing. The role demands strong communication skills, domain expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch.
Conduct end-to-end policy renewal activities and ensure timely completion.
Manage the entire policy lifecycle, including documentation and compliance.
Provide benefits advisory services to clients and stakeholders.
Handle queries effectively to minimize rework and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accuracy and adhere to US Health Insurance guidelines and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
Strong understanding of US Health Insurance processes and regulations (experience with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife preferred).
Qualification
Graduate with minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3).
4+ years of relevant experience in Health Insurance / BFSI / international customer service Voice Process / Client servicing / Stakeholder Management / Quality Audit.
Insurance certification Good to have.
Transition or onboarding experience Added advantage.
