Analyst, TPRM

As an Analyst in the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), your primary role is to support activities associated with managing vendors and third-party relationships. You will collaborate with all levels of staff, including senior management, to mitigate vendor risks in alignment with company risk tolerances. Your responsibilities will include managing on-boarding activities, supporting periodic vendor reviews, continuous monitoring, vendor decommissioning, and assisting with vendor risk reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of vendors across several business lines and risk domains - Assess vendor risk, conduct due diligence, and ensure completeness of vendor documentation - Serve as a liaison between the vendor, business, and supporting teams such as IT, legal, procurement, accounting, and operations - Maintain a clear documentation trail of vendors passing through the Vendor Management Lifecycle - Produce internal vendor management status reports and metrics - Facilitate resolution of escalated vendor-related issues related to on-boarding, decommissioning, risk assessment, monitoring, and performance Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, compliance, security audit management, supply chain management, or related fields - Direct experience in TPRM or compliance is highly desirable - Previous experience in banking, insurance, or information technology companies would be a plus - Possess certifications such as CRVPM or CTPRP is highly desirable - Demonstrated leadership in vendor management and viewed as an expert in Vendor Management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and working well within a team - Ability to manage deadlines, strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail - Basic knowledge and experience with legal contracts, contract negotiations, and service agreements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) maintains healthy vendor relationships by effectively managing vendor risks and fostering strong communication and collaboration among various teams within the organization.,
