Analyst, TPRM

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team whose objective is to promote, facilitate, and support consistent and effective vendor risk management across the enterprise. As an Analyst, TPRM, you will be responsible for managing vendors and third-party relationships, mitigating vendor risks, and ensuring healthy vendor relationships for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of vendors across various business lines and risk domains - Assess vendor risk, conduct due diligence, and ensure completeness of vendor documentation - Act as a liaison between vendors, business, and supporting teams - Collaborate with business partners to maintain clear documentation trail of vendors through the Vendor Management Lifecycle - Produce internal vendor management status reports and metrics - Resolve escalated vendor-related issues related to on-boarding, decommissioning, risk assessment, monitoring, and performance - Stay updated on internal policies and external regulatory requirements relevant to ICE vendor risk management Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, compliance, security audit management, supply chain management, or related fields - Direct experience in TPRM or compliance preferred - Experience in banking, insurance, or information technology industry is a plus - CRVPM or CTPRP certification highly desirable - Demonstrated leadership in vendor management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well within a team and across departments - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced environment - Self-starter with high initiative and ability to manage deadlines - Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of legal contracts, negotiations, and service agreements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Power Point, and Visio Please note that there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
