Job Description

The objective of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team is to promote, facilitate, and support consistent and effective vendor risk management across the enterprise. As an Analyst, TPRM, your role will involve supporting activities associated with managing vendors and third-party relationships. You will collaborate with all levels of staff, including senior management, to mitigate vendor risks in alignment with company risk tolerances. Your responsibilities will include managing on-boarding activities, supporting periodic vendor reviews, continuous monitoring, vendor decommissioning, and assisting with vendor risk reporting to ensure Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) maintains healthy vendor relationships. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of vendors across several business lines and risk domains. Your tasks will involve assessing vendor risk, conducting due diligence, and ensuring the completeness of vendor documentation. You will serve as a liaison between the vendor, business, and supporting teams such as IT, legal, procurement, accounting, and operations. Collaboration with business partners to maintain a clear documentation trail of vendors passing through the Vendor Management Lifecycle will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing internal vendor management status reports and metrics. Your role will also involve facilitating the resolution of escalated vendor-related issues related to on-boarding, decommissioning, risk assessment, monitoring, and performance. It is essential to maintain a thorough understanding of relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements applicable to ICE vendor risk management. To excel in this position, you are expected to have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, compliance, security audit management, supply chain management, or other directly related fields. Direct experience in TPRM or compliance is highly desirable. Previous experience working for banking, insurance, or information technology companies would be a plus. Possessing certifications such as CRVPM or CTPRP is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership in vendor management and being viewed as an expert in Vendor Management is essential for this role. You should exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. A proven track record of taking ownership, driving results in a fast-paced environment, and working well within a team and across departments is required. As a self-starter, you should demonstrate a high degree of initiative and the ability to manage deadlines. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail are key attributes for this role. Basic knowledge of and experience with legal contracts, contract negotiations, and service agreements are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, will be beneficial for this position.,
