Job Summary:

T&E Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit employee travel & expense claims to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Process T&E reports accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Monitor policy violations and highlight exceptions to management.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements and follow up on outstanding expense submissions.
  • Support employees with T&E queries, including system navigation and policy clarifications.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly T&E reports and dashboards for Finance and Management.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Travel teams to streamline processes and improve policy compliance.
  • Assist in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new T&E tools or updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements.
