Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement HR policies that reflect evolving business needs and regulatory standards
Continuously monitoring, developing, and improving the performance appraisal process
Developing benefits programs in line with business requirements, management & administration of employee benefits
Designing & managing Review cycle for all employees that would include processing promotions
Support, coordinate and manage HR and leadership committees, ensuring structured governance and timely decision making
Oversee administration of Mediclaim, crche facilities, and other employee-centric initiatives
Maintain a transparent consequence matrix framework to drive accountability
Analyze talent data and metrics to inform decision making and improve program effectiveness
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Prerequisites

Commitment and ownership
Strong analytical ability
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Good time management and multi-tasking skills
Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
