Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling all day to day required chemicals by User department.
Making Annual Rate Contracts for Chemicals & Annual Maintenance Contract for all Machine.
Responsible for receiving requisition with complete details in all respects.
Sending the Enquires to the minimum three approved Vendors.
After receiving minimum three quotations will make comparison negotiate it with respect to minimum rate and best quality and getting the same approved by the Management.
Punching Purchase order as per approval in the system accordance with company policies and procedures.
Track all purchasing orders and resolve problems related to delivery, quality and service.
Understand and implement basic contract terms and negotiate terms and conditions accordingly (i.e., delivery dates, expediting, etc.)
Handling Rejection Material (Co-ordination with Vendors/ Stores/ Accounts)
Ensuring the receipt order scan / original to vendor.
Getting Order confirmation (OC)/acknowledgement (OA).
Coordinating with Accounts dept for releasing advance, Taking care of Vendor Payments.
Sending the payment released to party / ensuring the receipt of the advance.
Maintaining the Records in Master Data file of Purchase orders in Excel.
Import Purchase for Equipment's & Spares.
Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Rating.
Updating the Vendor Master List.
