Job Description

As a Local HR Services Sr. Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries - Assisting in resolving employee issues or directing them to the appropriate HR personnel - Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws by maintaining accurate records, monitoring adherence, and supporting audits - Assisting with administrative tasks such as creating and updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems Additionally, as part of the Grade Specific job description, you will be expected to: - Support and guide the efficient and effective delivery of services to multiple stakeholder groups in a specific domain area or function - Lead more than one project area or workstream - Produce additional value to the domain area outside of your roles and responsibilities Please note that the above details focus on your role overview, key responsibilities, and grade-specific expectations.,
