Job Description

RUCKUS Networks is looking for Analyst, IT Operations Database to join our team

Administer SQL Server versions 2012-2022 and Always On.
Participate in client/project meetings for needs assessment and design review.
Analyze user needs and develop technical specifications.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain databases for internal and external users.
Create, document, and implement standards to monitor and enhance database capacity and performance.
Program and write codes as necessary.
Develop data import and export routines to automate data loading.
Build windows, screens, and reports.
Utilize PowerShell & Unix shell scripting.
Have knowledge on SAP MaxDB & PostgreSQL databases.
Have knowledge on Azure and/or AWS Clouds and.
Track and resolve database-related incidents and requests, escalating as necessary.
Apply regular and proactive database patches, updates, and performance enhancements.
Provide technical support for development activities.
Adhere to and improve "ITIL process and best practices" documentation.
Possess knowledge of DB Servers monitoring tools.
