Invoice Processing

accountable for ensuring all invoices are approved appropriately and paid on time, and resolving less complex issues as and when necessary, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance.

Salary

: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Perform prompt and accurate recording of third-party supplier invoices into the ledgers in line with relevant requirements, policies and procedures.
Ensure daily targets on invoice processing are met.
Reconcile the relevant system and journals, and ensure that all invoices are approved appropriately and paid on time.
Supervise open and overdue invoices and communicate and follow-up accordingly with the appropriate collaborators.
Capture, collate and analyse data as and when necessary in order to prepare and maintain various reports as and when needed.
Regularly supervise and timely resolve outstanding invoices issues that have been called out, or further call out to the vital parties.
Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly and year-end close.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
2 years of relevant work experience.
