Job Description: As an Analyst in Liability Operations at Retail Banking Operations, your primary responsibility is to provide operational support for the range of Retail Asset products offered by the bank. You will ensure adherence to documented processes to maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Support a variety of products and services following established systems and procedures. - Reconcile and monitor processed requests. - Conduct data analyses, prepare reports, and utilize findings to make recommendations for process enhancements, launch of new products and services, and upgraded platforms. - Assist managers in daily governance and supervisory control implementation. - Ensure timely escalation of all requests, inquiries, issues, and errors. - Support in the production of key metrics within specified timelines.
