Analyst

The Position

We are hiring a Contractual Analyst for a 5-month project involving contract digitization and indexing process. This role reports to the Legal Analyst Manager and will be responsible for digitizing contract documents while maintaining high accuracy, adhering to project specific guidelines and ensuring timely completion of tasks assigned under the project.

What will you do:

• Catalogue contract documents by entering key metadata and other contractual information in standardized templates.
• Process the Contract documents into structured data using Excel-based templates and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of contract information.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data.
• Report any unclear, missing, or ambiguous contract information to the Team.
• Contribute to streamlining digitization and ingestion tasks.

What you will bring to the role:

• A graduate degree in any field.
• 0-1 year of experience in data entry, document review or related areas (freshers are welcome).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy across repetitive tasks.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to understand written content.
• Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort using digital tools.
