Analyst I, HSE

As a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist, your role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: - Providing training to all associates on HSE and CI practices - Establishing channels for feedback on safety practices and encouraging suggestions for improvement - Conducting audits as per CI standards and developing manuals, templates, and formats for standardization - Assisting improvement leaders in the deployment process and reporting progress to the Steering Committee - Implementing and maintaining Health, Safety & Environmental Management systems - Organizing campaigns and activities to promote safe working conditions and procedures - Collaborating with plant managers and production operators to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing - Leading with a customer-centric mindset and upholding ethical values to develop talents and drive sustainable growth - Creating a conducive learning environment to attract diverse talent pool You must possess the following qualifications and skills to excel in this role: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Stores and proficiency in MS Office - Proven track record in HSE, Safety, and Continuous Improvement - Diploma/Btech in Mechanical Engineering - Knowledge of OSHAS regulations, NFPA, IFC, and EPA - Proficiency in Excel and Power Point - Strong English communication skills - Excellent planning and organizing capabilities - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, make decisions, and handle emergencies (Note: Omitting additional details of the company as they are not present in the provided job description),
