Analyst, Fund Reconciliation

The Fund Reconciliation team, as part of the broader Operations department, supports the Future Standard funds providing service to our Wealth and Private Equity, Sales & Distribution, and Portfolio Management teams. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, sub-advisors, custodians, fund administrators and transfer agents to ensure accuracy and execution across daily trades, positions, cash, shareholder trade processing and corporate actions.

The Operations Analyst will work across our Operations teams and will be trained by experienced professionals, building industry knowledge and technical competence, specifically in alternative investments. They will also have the opportunity to participate in projects or operational initiatives.

Requirements:

• Analyze large volumes of data from various sources, including Transfer Agent reporting, fund custody bank, and internal reports to identify and resolve issues related to shareholder records


• Validate Transfer Agent s processing of shareholder daily and scheduled activity including purchases, redemptions, commissions, and dividend issuances


• Support additional Transfer Agent related processes including Blue Sky tracking, upfront and trailing fee calculation, and investor-level fee tracking


• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting for compliance, audit, and Legal filing requirements


• Provide shareholder activity data to support various internal teams, including but not limited to Finance, Due Diligence and Portfolio Management teams


• Reconcile fees due to Future Standard selling partners payable by the Funds and related fund entities


• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s or equivalent degree required. Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics background preferred


• 1-3 years experience in finance, operations, and/or other relevant professional field(s)


• Proficiency in Excel is strongly preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication


• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adhere to intraday deadlines


• High attention to detail and analytical aptitude


• Comfortable with fast-moving work environment with quick iterations


• Curiosity to learn about Finance and Alternative Asset Management
