The Help Desk Analyst, as part of the IT Infrastructure and Technology team, will be responsible for managing all the day-to-day issues that arise from internal employees as it relates to their hardware, software and connectivity. The Analyst will work out of the newly established Bangalore, India office and will collaborate with other Help Desk Analysts and offices to ensure all issues are managed and resolved appropriately. The successful candidate is expected to: Respond to requests for technical support assistance in person, via phone or through electronic submissions. The Fund Reconciliation team, as part of the broader Operations department, supports the Future Standard funds providing service to our Wealth and Private Equity, Sales & Distribution, and Portfolio Management teams. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, sub-advisors, custodians, fund administrators and transfer agents to ensure accuracy and execution across daily trades, positions, cash, shareholder trade processing and corporate actions. The Operations Analyst will work across our Operations teams and will be trained by experienced professionals, building industry knowledge and technical competence, specifically in alternative investments.
