Future Standard is seeking a software development engineer to provide support to the Global Engineering team. The Analyst, Software Development Engineer will work with the Global Engineering to contribute to strategic decision-making and fostering a collaborative and educational environment while actively participating in hands-on technical enhancements and design.

The successful candidate is expected to:

Build backend services for channels and backend processing services using Java, Springboot

Build and Refine User Interface using frameworks like Reactjs/Nextjs

Work with no-sql databases, complex query authoring using SQL and relational databases

Understand right implementation of Data structures to solve specific problems

Work with product managers to deep dive into complex business problems in alternate investment domain

Use AI based code assistants to improve development speed and generate test cases detailed automated tests and debugging across the stack

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years experience in full stack development

Experience with at least one programming language - Python, Java, Reactjs

Comfortable with fast-moving work environment with quick iterations.

Hands-on experience in relational databases

Strong understanding of Data structures

Must be able to work out of our Bangalore office

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of AWS/Azure services

Knowledge of AI/LLM/RAG stack
