Job Description

Card Disputes Fresher Role

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze customer dispute requests related to credit or debit card transactions.
Verify transaction details and supporting documents to determine the validity of disputes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines (Visa/Mastercard/Amex dispute rules).
Accurately log, track, and update case details in internal systems.
Communicate with customers, merchants, and internal teams to gather required information.
Assist in chargeback processing, representment, and recovery activities as per timelines.
Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate cases as needed.
Maintain high accuracy and turnaround time in resolving disputes.
Support the team with administrative tasks and reporting as assigned.
Learn and apply dispute resolution workflows and systems effectively.

US Mortgage

Role & responsibilities:

Review requests for US Mortgage to ensure they are complete and can be moved to underwriting.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of complete applications.
Perform financial analysis to determine borrower eligibility based on investor or insurer programs and guidelines.
Issue approval letters to customers and monitor trial periods, if applicable.
Generate final terms for workout agreements.
Collaborate with the title team to review property reports and ensure clear title for modifications.
Process reviews and handle No Doc & Streamline related programs
Partner with vendors to generate modification and partial claim documents.
Review and quality check executed modification/partial claim documents for accuracy.
Initiate document recording with the County Clerks Office.
