Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:

    Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to attract potential candidates with telecom industry experience.
  2. Candidate Screening:

    Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and suitability for available positions.
  3. Interview Coordination:

    Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and via video conferencing, to evaluate their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our organizational values.
  4. Candidate Assessment:

    Administer assessments and tests, as needed, to evaluate candidates competency and proficiency in relevant areas.
  5. Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  6. Candidate Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  7. Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  8. Data Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interviews, and hiring status using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other relevant tools.
  9. Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline recruitment processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresher or Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the telecom or BPO industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
