Digiaccel Learning is building its Analytics and Insights team. The role of this team is to analyze learner behavior and responses and translate it to meaningful and actionable insights for them. This team will be responsible for partnering the thinking behind the analytics engine that powers the experience for a couple of Digiaccel Learning’s core products.

The Analyst is the building block of this team. He/ she is expected to look at data dispassionately and quantify it to actionable information. The Analyst will be actively looking at a pipeline of learners/ candidates from a source and the data stream from their interactions with Digiaccel’s product. The data is likely to be structured and unstructured. The insights will be used by learners, educators, and enterprises to take actions to ensure skilling outcomes.

The organization is looking for individuals with structured thinking, good quant skills and reasonable comfort with technology. The Analyst will be working on a set of tools and software to deliver the above. He/she will be actively engaging with the learning and the enterprise team to help translate their findings into action and track eventual improvement. The Analyst will need to be adept at multi-tasking and finding logical solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing structured and unstructured data to generate insights around learning and competencies.

• Co-ordinating with the enterprise team for actions and further tracking.

• Input business user builds to the product team.

• Beta test products and identify breakages to ensure good customer experience.

• Efficient operations that might require interacting with candidates to nudge completion.

• Data management esp. for enterprise clients. Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering (B.Tech., BE, MTech., ME) or Business (BBA, MBA).

• 1+ year of experience in Analytics/ Research.

• Good quant skills with proficiency in English.

• High rigor and attention to detail.

• Comfort with data and technology tools.

• Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate.

About the Company

Digiaccel Learning is an edtech company aimed at solving for digital skilling in India. As technology evolves, the skills required by the job market are very different from the traditional skills that the formal education system in India prepares students for.
