Analyst - Application Life Cycle

• Packaging, repackaging, and automating software installations for Windows desktop software
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, including file and registry-related problems
• Supporting the development and verification of test methods for applications
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports
• Collaborating with vendors, IT partners, and stakeholders on application management activities
• Monitoring SNOW ticket queues and resolving L3-level support tickets
• Contributing to the development of high-quality support services and knowledge base content

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
• 4-7 years of experience in IT, with expertise in MSI Packaging, SCCM, Intune, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 11, 10) and MAC OS
• Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience in cloud-based endpoint management workloads
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and global processes
• Fluency in English and eagerness to work in an international environment
