Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Package, repackage, and automate installations of Windows desktop software using advanced packaging tools.
Manage application virtualization and ensure compatibility across various desktop environments.
Resolve complex technical issues related to Windows OS, particularly with file systems and registries.
Create and execute detailed test plans for application deployment, including test cases and documentation.
Oversee the testing, approval, and release of applications into production environments.
Monitor and respond to ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket queues, providing L3 support.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders, service owners, and solution architects to deliver aligned technology solutions.
Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for application-related issues.
Apply knowledge of Windows servicing models, including Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) and cloud-managed endpoints.
Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate system administration and software management tasks.
Participate in global support processes and be flexible to provide on-call support when required.
Contribute to the development of support documentation and maintain high-quality knowledge base content.
Exhibit strong communication, documentation, and time management skills in a global team setting.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

Hands-on experience with application packaging tools and techniques
Knowledge of virtualization technologies for software deployment
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Experience with Microsoft Intune for modern endpoint management
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
