Could you be the full-time IT Autopilot & SOE Imaging Specialist in our dynamic team based in Bangalore were looking for JOB PURPOSE : Reporting to the EUC Imaging and Apps Manager, you will be in charge of maintaining Application Packaging life cycle activities across Alstom. Experience in the design and deployment of the following technologiesSCCM/MECM, Microsoft Windows 11, Enterprise Mobility + Intune, Autopilot. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities : Expertise in packaging, repackaging and automating software installations for a range of Windows desktop software using software packaging technologies Good logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as file and registry-related application problems on Windows operating systems In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with particular emphasis on Windows 11,10 and MAC OS Supports the development and verification of test methods in support of all applications Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan Should be good in troubleshooting package creation and deployment related issues and provide analysis and quick resolution Should be able to handle test and release of applications Should have a good knowledge in Software distribution using SCCM & Intune Should have practical Experience working under hybrid and complex device Environment Technical and Professional Expertise Ability to Package, Stage and Deploy application using SCCM/Intune Monitor the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve tickets part of L3 Team Knowledge on Windows servicing & Windows as a service, Cloud-based endpoint management workloads Create Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation and Report creation for multiple workplace services Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions Maintain and enhance engagement with vendors, business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activities Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service including Executive level end users whenever required Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations at all times Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written Have efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills PROFILE: To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes: Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technology, should have at least 4-7 years experience in IT with majority of it in MSI Packaging, SCCM, Intune, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with related domain is an added advantage and preferred. Should have good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business across the globe. Role & responsibilities Responsible for packaging applications including: MSI/MSP/MSM/MST Creation, ICE Validation, Conflict Analysis and Unit testing. Very experienced in creating installations from scratch, not just re-packaging, through the entire lifecycle from gathering requirements to delivery. Work with internal development teams to understand and be an SME on how best to deliver required functionality. Design, build and maintain the standard installation, management and monitoring routines, scripts, agents or capabilities that are bundled with the applications. Provide IT application operations, support, and troubleshooting of technology issues including desktop application components. Execute an integrated approach to large applications and technology platforms design, architecture and implementation Good knowledge of development life cycle. Awareness of phases such as requirements definition, system design and testing / QA and transition to production. Deliver and respond as per service levels defined with the customers. Evaluation of the application/request given by the client, communicating (E-mail, Telephone, Chat) with the requestor in case any clarifications are required. Gather the errors/problem documentation of the application by the application testers. Validate the Application Package for Internal Consistency errors using Package tools and troubleshooting accordingly. Remotely Package and Test Applications Performing Quality analysis for the Applications packaged using MSI Technology and delivering an error free package to the Customer. Ensure that the package complies with all client Standards Develop a process for Packaging incorporating the best practices Handle client escalations for any production issues. Provide training on new tools to junior level employees for better quality and production. Preferred candidate profile Must have 3+ years of expertise IT experience in Application packaging (Windows Installer) using packaging tools like Wise Package Studio, Installshield, PACE etc., Specialization in Windows Installer Technology, SCCM and Windows Application Integration/Maintenance Must work consistently to a very high standard even under high-pressure situations and meeting deadlines with a commitment to customer service. Highly experienced in Application Packaging, including Diagnostic Tools like Regmon, Filemon, Beyond Compare, Picture Taker, Dependency Walker, InstallRite etc., Auto Assessment using compatibility test tools for Windows transformation projects. Very good scripting skills in VBS, Wise Script, batch & PowerShell scripting. Resolution of issues related to the packages with Team members and Clients. Good Knowledge on ITIL. #LI-JB1

Required Skills and Experience: InstallShield: Extensive experience with InstallShield, including creating installers, working with MSI tables, and using custom actions. Windows Installer (MSI): Deep understanding of MSI technology, including merge modules and related concepts. Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or C++. Application Deployment: Experience with deployment tools like SCCM or Intune is often required. Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve packaging and deployment issues. Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11, and related technologies like Group Policy and Intune.

Location - 1st Preference as per JD is Pune and 2nd is Mumbai. Role:- End User Computing Engineer Intune (Cloud team Enterprise Technology) Exp:- 5 to 7 Years Location:- Pune (Viman Nagar) Mode Of Interview:- Virtual Mandatory Skills:- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 management and application packaging (MSI, Win32, MSIX). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Autopilot provisioning. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Exp in packaging software using MSI technologies and virtualization platforms like VMware. - AppV experience is a mandatory. •Scripting languages like VBScript and PowerShell •Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Win10, Win11)
