Job Description: Analysis and Design Engineer

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.

· Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to assess fluid flow and thermal performance of designs.

· Perform structural analysis to evaluate the strength and durability of components and assemblies using software such as ANSYS or similar.

· Interpret analysis results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for design improvements.

· Support the development of detailed mechanical designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.

· Develop 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

· Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate design concepts and identify potential improvements.

· Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and documentation for production purposes.

· Participate in design reviews, providing insights, feedback, and recommendations based on analysis results.

· Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to mechanical analysis and design.

· Utilize knowledge of materials to select appropriate materials for designs, considering factors such as strength, durability, and cost.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· Experience or coursework in CFD analysis and structural analysis.

· Proficiency in analysis software such as ANSYS.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a strong portfolio showcasing your analysis and design projects.

· Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

· Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:

· Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines for mechanical analysis and design.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and results.

· Knowledge of material properties and selection criteria.
