As an AMS Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing robust mixed-signal verification methodologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough verification of Analog Mixed-Signal designs with a good understanding of analog concepts and circuits. - Utilizing industry-standard HVL-based methodologies such as SV/UVM/Verilog for effective verification. - Performing Signal Integrity Modeling with experience in SV Real/Wreal/RNM Modeling and SPICE models. - Verifying critical components including multiphase regulator, LDO, Switching regulators, Filters, ADCs, DACs, and Power circuitry. - Having a good understanding of PLL, LDO, charge pumps, and any other analog IP's is a plus. - Experience in DRAM, SRAM, other memory-related fields, or any custom design is desirable. - Exposure to Low Power and mode transition verification techniques. - Simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon block level IPs and full chip designs. - Developing test cases/stimulus to increase functional coverage. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will also be involved in management tasks such as: - Leading the recruitment process for the AMS team, attracting top talent to support business growth. - Managing and mentoring an AMS team, starting with 10+ engineers with the goal of expanding to 50+ engineers. - Implementing skill upgrading and training programs for the AMS team to enhance their technical and professional development. - Developing an in-house training program to cultivate and nurture new talent.
