AMS Verification Engineers

You will define and implement robust mixed-signal verification methodologies. You will conduct thorough verification of Analog Mixed-Signal designs, demonstrating a good understanding of analog concepts and circuits. Utilize industry-standard HVL-based methodologies such as SV/UVM/Verilog for effective verification. You should have experience with Signal Integrity Modeling, including SV Real/Wreal/RNM Modeling and SPICE models. Verify critical components such as multiphase regulator, LDO, Switching regulators, Filters, ADCs, DACs, and Power circuitry. It would be beneficial to have an understanding of PLL, LDO, charge pumps, and any other analog IP's. Experience in DRAM, SRAM, other memory-related fields, or custom design would be advantageous. Exposure to Low Power and mode transition verification techniques is desirable. You will simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon block level IPs and full chip designs. Develop test cases/stimulus to increase functional coverage. - Lead the recruitment process for the AMS team, attracting top talent to support business growth. - Manage and mentor an AMS team, starting with 10+ engineers with the goal of expanding to 50+ engineers. - Implement skill upgrading and training programs for the AMS team to enhance their technical and professional development. - Develop an in-house training program to cultivate and nurture new talent. - Strong experience in mixed-signal verification methodologies. - Proficiency in SV/UVM/Verilog for verification. - Knowledge of analog concepts, circuits, and Signal Integrity Modeling. - Experience with multiphase regulator, LDO, Switching regulators, Filters, ADCs, DACs, and Power circuitry verification. - Understanding of PLL, LDO, charge pumps, and analog IP's is a plus. - Familiarity with Low Power and mode transition verification techniques.,
