Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager / Assistant Manager – Experience / Events Operations to lead the end-to-end execution of corporate experiences. This is a travel-intensive, on-ground role responsible for ensuring seamless event operations — from vendor and venue coordination to logistics management and client engagement.The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and takes pride in delivering flawless, high-impact experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-ground execution of events, off-sites, and experiences — from setup to closure.
- Oversee logistics, transport, hospitality arrangements, technical setups, and guest management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Act as the operational point-of-contact for clients and partners during live events.
- Supervise and guide on-ground staff, ensuring smooth communication and role clarity.
- Manage resources, inventories, and ensure operational checklists are adhered to.
- Conduct post-event debriefs, document learnings, and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–6 years of experience in event execution, operations, or logistics management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and extensive travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
Good-to-have
:
- Experience managing 200+ attendee events.
- Experience with AV/technical coordination.
- Valid driver’s licence or willingness to travel frequently.
