Shantilalji Muttha, is a non-governmental organization that has been exemplary in its work for over four decades. BJS has focused on addressing national issues such as education, watershed management, disaster response, and social development. Operating through a nationwide network of social entrepreneurs and a dedicated professional team, BJS has significantly impacted grassroots communities. The organization not only engages actively with central, state, and local governments but also collaborates closely with nationallevel NGOs, influencing policy formulation and decisionmaking processes.

 

Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Strategist


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies using various platforms, including website, email, social media, and blogs to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyse web traffic metrics and audience behaviour to suggest improvements in online presence and engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics to enhance digital visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, and volunteers through social media interactions and community engagement initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns and digital storytelling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to keep BJS at the forefront of digital advocacy.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent ability to analyse and interpret digital marketing data.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems, email marketing, and social media tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for social impact and nonprofit work.


Education & Expertise:

·        Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a relevant field

·        Professional 5+ years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager

·        Content management experience

·        Excellent copywriting skills

·        Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research
