Job Description

As an AM/Manager - Corporate HRBP at our company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, and ensuring HR compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing strategic business partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and improve employee engagement. - Leading talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent and promote diversity and inclusion. - Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills, drive business performance, and foster growth. - Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. - Managing change management initiatives to enhance organizational development and business outcomes. - Analyzing HR data and metrics to guide business decisions and strategic HR initiatives. - Developing workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place for business growth. - Administering compensation and benefits programs to maintain fairness and equity across the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - 4-10 years of HR experience focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development. - Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and data analysis for informed decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. - Strong business acumen to understand and drive business outcomes effectively. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to think critically and creatively. - Knowledge of Indian HR policies and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
