Job Description

As an experienced professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for various key activities: - Conducting root cause analysis and simulating market failures of vehicle systems, particularly focusing on Brakes, Suspension, and ADAS systems. - Utilizing your expertise in Electric vehicles and new technologies to enhance work processes. - Understanding and implementing vehicle and component level testing standards for new models, including design level interventions for quality problems. - Planning and executing fleet testing across India, analyzing large volumes of test data to derive meaningful solutions. - Demonstrating knowledge of component level designs, drawings, and benchmarking activities. - Collaborating effectively with internal and external project stakeholders through excellent coordination skills. - Collecting field data and establishing testing standards based on customer usage conditions. - Utilizing strong communication and presentation skills to navigate manufacturing processes at vehicle and component levels. - Keeping up to date with new vehicle features/technology and evaluating test methods and standards. - Conducting inspections and audits at the component level, with an understanding of SPC tools such as Cp/Cpk, control charts, etc. - Applying advanced knowledge of quality tools and methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, RCA, CAPA, MSA) for continuous improvement. - Coordinating effectively with various departments, production shops, and the field to ensure seamless operations.
