Job Description

As an experienced professional with 3~5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for various key activities: - Conducting root cause analysis and simulating market failures of vehicle systems, with expertise in Brakes, Suspension, and ADAS systems. - Utilizing your work experience and knowledge of Electric vehicles and new technologies to your advantage. - Understanding and applying vehicle and component level testing standards for new models, and possessing basic knowledge of design-level interventions for quality problems. - Planning and executing fleet testing across India, and analyzing large amounts of test data to derive meaningful solutions. - Demonstrating knowledge of component level designs, drawings, and benchmarking activities. - Utilizing excellent coordination skills to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external project stakeholders. - Conducting field data collection and establishing testing standards based on customer usage conditions. - Showcasing strong communication and presentation skills, along with an understanding of manufacturing processes at the vehicle and component levels. - Demonstrating familiarity with new vehicle features/technology, evaluation test methods, and standards. - Understanding and performing drawing and conducting inspections/audits at the component level. - Applying basic knowledge of SPC tools such as Cp/Cpk, control charts, etc. - Applying advanced knowledge of quality tools and methods like 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, RCA, CAPA, MSA, etc. - Possessing the skills for effective coordination with other related departments, production shops, and the field.,
