AM/DM - Market Quality Fuel / Alternate Fuel System

As a Mechanical/Automobile Engineer from a reputed institution, you will be responsible for handling market feedback and warranty issues related to engine components, with a focus on Fuel / CNG components. Your role will involve fast analysis and implementation of quality improvement projects based on market feedback. You are expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving, including utilizing Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FTA) for addressing complex market issues. Additionally, you will be required to conduct failure re-appearance simulations and child part level analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of production processes, quality control tools, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in using MS Office and other analytical tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Your ability to execute tasks efficiently, solve problems effectively, analyze data, and suggest solutions and future strategies will be critical. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for effectively conveying ideas and findings. You must be capable of working within tight deadlines and collaborating effectively with colleagues, demonstrating strong networking abilities and a teamwork-oriented mindset.,
