Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage training programs for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training content on P&C products, policies, and procedures to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Oversee the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress, identify gaps in training needs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design customized training solutions that meet specific business requirements.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management in the Insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in developing effective training programs using various methodologies such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, etc.
