Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage training programs for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and deliver training content on P&C products, policies, and procedures to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
Oversee the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress, identify gaps in training needs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design customized training solutions that meet specific business requirements.

Job Requirements :

6-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management in the Insurance industry.
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Proven expertise in developing effective training programs using various methodologies such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, etc.
