Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in HR Operations & Payroll, located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing HR strategies and managing various aspects of HR management to support the company's objectives. QualificationsHR Operations and Human Resources (HR) skillsExperience in Employee Relations and HR ManagementEnd-to-End Employee lifecycle management Knowledge of HR PoliciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s & Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the fragrance and flavor industry is a plusProficiency in payroll software and HR management systems
