Fragrance Evaluators / Creative Fragrance Managers

As a Project Manager at Keva, your key accountabilities will include managing the project process and collaborating with Perfumers to develop and focus creative ideas. You will be responsible for interpreting client briefs, setting the general fragrance direction, and defining fragrances for consumer market research. Collaborating with other development centers for perfume briefs and contributing to winning briefs by bringing creative solutions to meet customer needs will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess key competencies such as an innovative approach, analytical ability, process orientation, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should have proven fragrance expertise, including olfactive consumer understanding, good knowledge of the market and products, high flexibility, commitment, curiosity to learn and experiment. The prerequisites for this role include a graduate degree in Science (Cosmetic/Perfumery/Fragrances) or a postgraduate/PGD in Perfumery/Fragrance/Cosmetics, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You should have in-depth knowledge in one or more categories/market segments, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead teams without any reporting lines. Experience in Fabric Care, Home Care, or Air Care categories is preferred.
