Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in HR Operations & Payroll, located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing HR strategies and managing various aspects of HR management to support the company's objectives.
