Role Description

We are hiring Performance Marketing Analysts, Consultants, and Managers with hands-on experience in performance marketing across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, and others.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of linking category insights and platform data to actionable performance marketing strategies. This role is execution-focused and ownership-driven, requiring full responsibility for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end execution of campaigns using our in-house automation tools
• Keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, and campaign optimization
• Creation and analysis of performance reports to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with category and platform teams to deliver measurable results

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing, preferably on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.
• Proven experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for campaign improvement
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
