Amazon Ads Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Amazon eCommerce Manager to join our team full-time at our office. This role will be responsible for managing the entire Amazon sales channel and driving growth through strategic product listings, optimized advertising, and seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, advertising campaigns, and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Operations:
• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central.
• Handle listing creation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor product listings for accuracy and performance.
• Sales & Growth Strategy:
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales and improve product ranking.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand product visibility.
• Advertising & Promotions:
• Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Ads) campaigns to achieve target ACOS and ROAS.
• Run promotions, coupons, and Lightning Deals to drive sales during peak seasons.
• Inventory & Order Management:
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Manage FBA and FBM operations, shipments, and returns.
• Monitor and reduce late dispatch rates and order cancellations.
• Performance Analysis:
• Regularly analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest actionable insights.
• Compliance & Account Health:
• Ensure account health remains in good standing by addressing performance notifications and resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Stay updated with Amazon policies and compliance requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to implement best practices and drive results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
