Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth. Job description Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads. Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement both manual and automated bidding strategies. Develop campaigns targeting competitor products and refine targeting based on performance metrics. Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and actionable insights. Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve target ACOS, increase ROI, and drive profitable sales. Implement negative keywords to reduce wasted ad spend. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align PPC strategies with overall business goals. Design ad strategies for new product launches and promotional events. Stay updated on Amazon’s ad platform updates, trends, and industry best practices. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics like ACOS, CTR, conversion rate, and ad spend. Recommend actionable changes based on data analysis and campaign performance. Competitor Analysis: Perform in-depth competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve positioning. Develop strategies to outbid competitors while maintaining profitability. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with demonstrable results in reducing ACOS and increasing sales. Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its advertising platform. Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or other keyword and analytics tools. Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills. Knowledge of e-commerce and consumer behavior. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Amazon eCommerce Manager to join our team full-time at our office. This role will be responsible for managing the entire Amazon sales channel and driving growth through strategic product listings, optimized advertising, and seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, advertising campaigns, and inventory planning. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central. Handle listing creation, optimization, and troubleshooting. Monitor product listings for accuracy and performance. Sales & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales and improve product ranking. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand product visibility. Advertising & Promotions: Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Ads) campaigns to achieve target ACOS and ROAS. Run promotions, coupons, and Lightning Deals to drive sales during peak seasons. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
