Job Description

Seeking an Amazon Ads Specialist for an FMCG brand in Mumbai!

Amazon Ads Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Analyse and run campaign performance across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
Identify high/low-performing keywords, ASINs, and campaigns
Track metrics like ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
Recommend and implement optimisations for bidding, targeting, and budgeting
Research Amazon’s latest ad tools, strategies, and formats
Test new formats like Sponsored Brand Video, Display Retargeting, or DSP
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with product, creative, and marketing teams to support ad launches

Job Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
Fast learner with a curious, self-starter attitude
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Structured thinking and data interpretation ability
Familiarity with tools like Helium10, DataHawk, or any ad automation platform
Prior experience with Amazon Ads (preferred, not mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce(Freshers are welcome too)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Math, or similar
Exceptional freshers with strong internship or project experience may also apply
