Job Description

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements.
  • Consulting and Guiding the Team: Provide project insights and strategic guidance to the team, especially in consulting projects. Help the team align their efforts with project goals and client expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies. Measure performance against KPIs and milestones. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project execution.
  • Strategic Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative outputs align with the company s brand guidelines, vision, and messaging. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable creative strategies.
  • Creative Direction and Feedback: Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Review and approve designs, videos, and other creative assets to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Content Creation and Campaign Support: Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and video content for campaigns, social media, and other platforms. Ensure the team delivers engaging assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all creative outputs, ensuring they are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity. Conduct regular reviews of the team s work to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Tool and Technology Utilization: Use project management tools (eg, Monday.com) to streamline workflows. Train team members on tools and processes as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in project workflows and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage a team of designers and video creators, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Assign tasks based on team members strengths and expertise to maximize efficiency and creativity. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage fresh ideas and creative solutions.
  • Support in Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights to assist leadership in making informed decisions. Offer recommendations based on project analysis and trends.
