Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2022 environments.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file/print services.
Monitor server performance, apply patches, and ensure system uptime and reliability.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
Configure and manage Sophos Firewall for secure network access and threat prevention.
Monitor firewall logs, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
Implement and maintain network segmentation, access control, and bandwidth management.
Manage CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint detection and response (EDR).
Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.
Provide Level 2/3 support for server, network, and security-related issues.
Implement and customize SAP Business One to meet organizational needs.
Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows in SAP B1.
Provide training and ongoing support for SAP B1 and HRMS systems.
Manage HRMS software to streamline HR processes and support users.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, desktops, and peripherals.
Create and implement SQL database operations and structures.
Ensure SQL Server availability, security, and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, or application support roles.
Proficiency in Windows Server 2022, SAP Business One, HRMS applications, SQL Server, and Salesforce.
Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall and CrowdStrike Falcon or similar EDR platforms.
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
