About the Role

Assistant Manager – DMS

Key Responsibilities

DMS & SFA Support

• Manage and resolve queries from sales and distributors.
• Ensure timely setup of new distributors in DMS.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and system support.

TA/DA Calls Management

• Prepare and route TA/DA calls unit-wise on a daily basis.
• Maintain accuracy in TA/DA call routing as per unit mapping.

PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) Management

• Add outlet details received through WhatsApp/email.
• Maintain accuracy in outlet-beat mapping.
• Ensure timely completion of daily updates post-approval.

Sales Team Coordination

• Ensure timely closure of technical and operational issues.
• Conduct training and support sessions for sales teams on DMS and new features.

Vendor Coordination

• Communicate and escalate issues to vendors as required.
• Follow up on open issues until resolution and maintain proper documentation.

Inter-Department Coordination

• Share attendance and PJP validations with HR.
• Update pricing and QPS details to the Product Team.
• Coordinate TA/DA claim inputs with Finance.
• Provide asset management support to regional sales teams.

QPS (Quarterly Pricing Scheme) Management

• Open and manage the QPS DMS system at the start of each cycle.
• Ensure synchronization of discount schemes and pricing from SAP to DMS.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in

  Sales Operations / DMS Management / MIS Support

• Proficiency in SAP, DMS, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
