Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed risk analysis reports to assess company creditworthiness.
Analyze risks, calculate quoted premiums, and advise underwriters.
Conduct end-to-end risk analysis including business operations, debt & equity offerings, stock price evaluation, and management/governance structures.
Perform extensive research on industry trends, litigation history, and market-disruptive factors.
Suggest risk nature, acceptance levels, and exclusions to underwriters.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA/PGDM/CA/CFA/FRM with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial statements.
Awareness of legislation affecting clients (Data Protection Act, Companies Act, Insolvency Act, Money Laundering, Sarbanes Oxley, Basel, Insurance law).
Expertise in stock price analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment of loan/debt instruments.
Strong research skills and familiarity with stock exchange announcements and functioning.
Proactive, creative, flexible, results-driven, team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel (VBA preferred), MS Office, Thomson Reuters Eikon.
