Financial Analyst

Role Overview: As a Financial Analyst at Finbuzz Financial Services, your main responsibility will be to perform 401k Plan Administration assignments using the Balance Forward platform. You will be working in Patna with 2-4 years of experience, in day timings. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for operational tasks associated with Defined Contribution plans in compliance with plan provisions. - Assist in maintaining pension data, plan administration, and contribution calculations. - Research Census records, identify missing information, and draft required queries. - Calculate plan contributions like Profit Sharing, Match contribution, Safe Harbor Match, and Safe Harbor Non-Elective. - Perform compliance tests such as non-discrimination, top-heavy, coverage tests, gateway and general tests, compensation tests, etc. - Have knowledge of Trust Accounting and Reconciliation. - Handle Loan Processing and distribution transaction postings. - Identify Receivables and calculate gain/loss. - Prepare Form 5500 series. - Assist team members during volume spikes to meet team targets. - Analyze and audit documents, research, and resolve processing problems. - Collect, analyze, and summarize information to respond to queries. - Investigate and compose responses to resolve escalations/issues. - Monitor standards to maintain quality service and advise supervisors of potential problems. - Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. - Accept ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualification Required: - B.Com./ M.Com./ CA /ICWA /B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Mathematics. - Operational knowledge of MS Office. - Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
