What Makes the Role Meaty?

• Put your captain’s hat on and take end-to-end ownership of developing content and creative solutions for Licious' owned, earned & paid platforms to drive business results and build Licious into an iconic brand over the next decade
• Exhibit ownership and manage over multiple work-streams and lead conversations with Design, Brand, Category and Growth teams, to create tactical and topical campaigns around key business and consumer initiatives
• Get your lab coat on (goes well with the captain hat) and experiment with ideas, creative, copy and content for communication pieces including in-app communication, digital films, social engagement, Print ads, OOH, TVC scripts, radio spots, BTL, CRM and email marketing.
• Elevate the creative output of external partners (creative agencies and production partners) to ensure campaigns meet a high level of creativity and innovation

We hope that you..

• Have 8-10 years of Experience
• Have the confidence to take charge and own content strategies across Licious’ platforms—social media, in-app messages, ads, print, TV scripts, and more
• Have led ATL, BTL campaigns and a team of junior writers/designers
• Have a collaborative spirit to work with Design, Brand, Category, and Growth teams and create campaigns that truly connect with customers
• Have a fearless mindset to experiment with new ideas, formats, and trends, keeping content fresh, creative, and engaging
• Are passionate about making an impact by building Licious into an iconic brand with content that excites, entertains, and converts
• Have the ability to work with creative agencies and production teams, elevating campaigns with high-quality storytelling and innovation
• Are curious to stay updated with the latest trends, digital content formats, regional themes, and pop-culture references

• Above all, you MUST be passionate about meat! If you’re not excited about handling, cooking, or simply loving meat, we won’t be able to move ahead. It’s at the heart of everything we do!
