Were seeking a talented Front-End React Developer with strong UI/UX expertise to turn our Figma designs into elegant, high-performance React interfaces. Role Overview As our Front-End React Developer, you will own the user experience layer of the platform. Youll translate Figma mock-ups into reusable React components, refine visual and interaction details, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver a fast, accessible, and delightful application. Key Responsibilities UI / UX Development : Convert Figma wireframes, design systems, and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive React components. Ensure consistent brand aesthetics and intuitive interactions across desktop and mobile breakpoints. Implement smooth animations, micro-interactions Front-End Architecture : Build modular component libraries with Redux Toolkit for state management, React Router v6 for routing, and TypeScript for type safety. Optimise performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and lighthouse audits. Maintain a clean, scalable folder structure and robust test coverage (Jest + React Testing Library). Collaboration & Process : Work hand-in-hand with designers to iterate on UI details and feasibility. Partner with backend (NestJS) engineers to integrate REST endpoints securely and efficiently. Participate in agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and uphold code reviews and PR standards. Continuous Improvement : Champion design-system consistency, accessibility best practices, and pixel-perfect QA. Monitor real-world usage, collect UX feedback, and drive incremental enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications React.js expert (3 + years) with deep knowledge of hooks, context, and modern patterns. Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, colour theory, and micro-interaction patterns. Proven experience translating Figma designs into production components. State management with Redux Toolkit, routing with React Router v6. Mastery of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Tailwind or Styled-Components, and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Chakra, AntD, or custom). Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), a11y, and SEO fundamentals for SPAs. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js or other SSR/SSG frameworks.
