Alliances Manager - Partnership Alliances (PG & Banking Solutions)

Job Summary: We're looking for a results-driven Alliances Manager to lead partnership alliances for our Payment Gateway (PG) and Banking Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with banks, payment gateways, and fintech companies.  Key Responsibilities: 1.Partnership Development: •Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities with banks, payment gateways, and fintech companies to expand our PG and banking solutions offerings. Have experience working with Indian payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, etc.) 2.Revenue Growth: •Develop and execute plans to increase revenue through partnerships, focusing on high-growth areas such as digital payments, online banking, and mobile wallets. 3.Market Research and Analysis: •Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends. 4.Partner Relationship Management: •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns. Requirements: 1.Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, with a focus on the payment ecosystem or banking industry. 3.Skills: •Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, including payment gateways, banking solutions, and fintech companies. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. •Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships and business development. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and inform business decisions.
