Job Description

Role & Responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Sales Planning & Strategy Develop comprehensive sales plans for both existing and potential markets. Set annual and monthly sales targets in alignment with corporate objectives. Periodically review and refine sales plans based on market trends and performance data. Team Leadership & Execution Distribute sales plans across the team and ensure effective execution. Lead the sales team towards achieving targets through coaching, motivation, and skills development. Enhance team product knowledge through continuous training programs. Sales Performance & Financial Objectives Drive achievement of sales and marketing financial targets. Monitor and evaluate sales volume, pricing strategies, competition, and market demand. Recommend pricing strategies based on market analysis and cost evaluation. Market & Product Development Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer requirements. Collaborate with R&D to assist in the development of new products based on market demand. Improve product marketability and profitability by capitalizing on market trends. Key Account Management & Customer Relations Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits and tailored support. Anticipate client needs and explore new business opportunities. Distribution & Market Expansion Appoint and manage distributor networks to expand market reach. Drive business growth in underdeveloped regions through direct and indirect sales efforts. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and summarize sales and market data to inform strategic decisions. Report trends and insights to support executive decision-making.
